Emily and Michelle pointed out that a) not everyone has access to a gym, and b) doing an exercise video can indeed be just as hard as a workout at the gym. Therefore, participating in a workout DVD will now be worth 5 points, not 3. Those in favor please manifest it. Any opposed?
Also, Whitney and I made a discovery: 15 minutes is a LONG time to stretch. How 'bout we change that to 10 minutes and leave it at 2 points. Sound good? Good.
Make sure you change your spreadsheets so you don't forget and get cheated in the future!
Oh, and because it's bugging me, A40 should say "Don't eat anything for an hour before going to bed," because it's not parallel the way it's written currently. And that's bothersome.

I had a few questions, as well... Can we get multiple things a day? For instance, today we went to three different parking lots (for purposes inside buildings, of course) and parked the farthest we could at all three. Is that 3 points for today? And the 5 fruits/veggies... Is that 4 points each day we do that, or 4 points for a week if we do it every day. And on the WW goals... 5 points each day I keep them, or 5 points for a week of keeping my goals? Sorry, I got confused.
I agree with you on the stretching thing. 15 minutes is a LONG time! And I was really sore yesterday after stretching (15 min)before walking (2 hours basically) and after stretching (15 min) again. Yeah for the decreased time! And, do posting comments on someone else's post count as 'post any helpful hints/suggestions/feedback on the blog'?
Yes, you can do multiple things a day. Three parking lot scenarios would be a 3 on your chart, equaling three points.
5 fruit/veggies is a day by day thing -- 4 points for each day.
Weight watchers is for the week. In other words, if at the end of the week, you have met your weight watchers goals, you get the eight points (but the 8 points only count once a week).
As far as comments go, decide for yourself what comments/suggestions/feedback means. This thing's on your honor.
Take that back -- you only get blog points for POSTING.
...Do I get 8 points for WW each week? That sounds more reasonable than the 5 that are listed on the chart... But 5 are listed on the chart. (And this is hard!)
Wait! Sorry, I looked at the wrong line on the spreadsheet when I answered your questions. Weight watchers goals are only 5 points, not 8.
Part of the rationale behind that it that the things you do in weight watchers and the things you do in the Biggest Loser often overlap.
