Week 3

(I'm setting my goal today because my WW weeks start on Saturday morning.)

I BLEW it last week. I mean, big time. Totally off the charts, big weight gain, ate a bunch of candy, stopped tracking because I was so far over points, BLEW it.

So this week, my goal is to track EVERYTHING I eat. No matter what. And at the end of the week, I will mail my tracker to Emily. How's that for accountability?!

Haha... good job. That's a great accountability thing! We are quitting the internet soon (another bill we can do without with things getting so tight!), so I've gotten a Monthly Pass and will probably quit after one month. I don't really have time (or money) for meetings, but I wanted the updated hard copy of the tracker stuff and point books so I can continue at home on my own. I hope it works! I'm kinda burned out of tracking, too. Maybe going to the few meetings I've paid for will help me get re-motivated. :) You can do it this week, Shells!
