Less Candy

My goal for this week is to try and lose 2 pounds and eat more fruits and vegetables and stay away from candy and sweet things. Easier said than done when there are still conference candy hanging around and chocolate from England that just arrived. However I will try.

    Tanya, try just throwing away extra conference candy. Eat your last bit tonight, if there's something you still want, and then throw it away tomorrow! Start fresh! :)

    I am currently 201.8 I want to be around 199 in about a week, think I can?

    Sure! If you really work on no sweets this week and keep up the 5k a day, that goal is really reachable. You can do it!

    I am 198.6 as of Tuesday lunch time hope I can be below 200 by the end of the week

    I didn't make my goal, but at least I tried, I am 202.4 as of this morning, so I gained weight this week, I will try to lose weight next week also, but I don't know if I will. This week I didn't eat anything that had sugar, and I only had sugar on Thursday as I nearly fainted, so I think that I need some sugar but not too much. I think that my weight was so low at the beginning was due to the fact that I had fasted 2 days straight. Here is to a better week.
