My Goal This Week (10/10)

For all of you who are interested this is my goal this week:

I will be in bed by 10:30 every night this week.

I feel like my eating and exercise habits are a direct result of how well I sleep. So, this goal is an attempt to help myself in other areas of my life.

Good luck with 10:30. Personally, I need to be in bed by about 9:30 to get 8 hours in, since Abbie likes her walks to start at 5:30.

Good thoughts, Blakes, but at the same time, let's make sure that we celebrate Lisa's goal with her reaching the goal that she sets. If you guys already get plenty of sleep - great! Maybe you can give suggestions or ideas throughout the week to help Lisa and others be better at getting the right amount of sleep for them.
