I did pretty well with my goal last week. I did track everything I ate. I stayed in my weekly points every night except Friday, where I used 5 exercise points. (But I still had 20 exercise points left after that.) I ended up losing 3 pounds this week! Yay!
My goal this week is to continue my goal from last week. Again, track everything I eat. Again, I can use as many of my 35 weekly points as I want, but I don't want to use any exercise points. Let's have another great week, family!

Stink fat. I blew it already. I could use some encouragement not to blow the rest of the week since I already blew one day pretty hard. Thanks, guys.
