As those who were on chat tonight know, several of us feel like we're losing ground. The habits we worked so hard to cultivate this summer are slowly disappearing. So, we want to resurrect this blog to use it for motivation, encouragement, and goal setting.
Here's my goal for the week:
I WILL stay in my Weight Watchers points this week. I will track everything I eat this entire week, and at the end of the week, I will use none of my exercise points, only some of my weekly points as needed.
I'll report back next Sunday. And if you're struggling, I'm right there with you! Feel free to talk to me for encouragement!
