Besting Ourselves

Since Mike and Michelle are clearly blowing most of us out of the water, I've decided upon how I'm going to approach the rest of the competition, and will suggest it here for others to think about, too. I want to be better each week than I was the previous week. So, one more night of enough sleep, or one more day with that exercise video, one more day with a walk around the block... Whatever I can do to make my weekly total either increase or at least stay the same.

And as we are all trying to be our best selves, we can each best the number we put up the previous week as we improve. What do you think about my strategy? (And be nice... None of this Jon/Mike air quality banter!)

I think that's a great idea. That's kinda been my philosophy this week. :)

That's what I'm trying for. And, I haven't posted my points yet because I'm yet not quite high enough to beat last week's points. I'm going to do some crunches, etc that might help me quickly (and legally) beat last week's number before my deadline to post points comes.

That's the point! We're getting each other to change lifestyles, not see who's the most awesome. If you can see that you have honestly pushed yourself out of your comfort zone each week then you have achieved the goal of this competition.
