Another Week, Another Goal

Last week my goal was to go to bed by 10:30 every night. Well, I improved, but I wasn't perfect. I went to bed by 10:30 most nights. One night I was 10 minutes late. Another night I was 30 minutes late. Saturday night I was almost an hour and a half late. I guess Eric and I had a lot of catching up to do.

Anyway, this week, I'm going to work on it again. Being in bed by 10:30 felt good. And I'm going to add on to it keeping track of my WW points this week as well. This is gonna be hard. But I'll work on it!
