To Continue or Not to Continue?
Mike informed me that this past week was the originally scheduled date to be finished. Several people have already dropped out; is anyone interested in re-joining to start again? Are any of the people who are still participating interested in continuing? Or do we stop counting points altogether?

Busy week
Well this week was busy with me at the Adoption Place with cleaning out and getting further and further along every day. Read the blog for more on what happened this week. Saturday I went for a very early walk like 5 am as I couldn't sleep with Abbie, again if you don't know see blog, it was 3.3 miles according to Google Earth. I don't know if I lost any weight this week, but its OK, I will probably lose more while walking again this week every morning with a flash light. Oh the joys of owning a dog.

Reporting In
Both Mike and I joined our gyms this week. And we have been working out. And we're sore!

Hold Me To It
Well, my points this week were DISMAL. Why? No regular workout this entire week. (Yes, I moved quite a bit with all the unpacking I've done, but it wasn't nearly the level of movement I'm used to.) I miss going to the gym!
So. My goal this week is to visit the other 2 gyms were are considering (the Rochester Athletic Center and the YMCA). We already went to WOW (Work Out World) and liked what we saw (especially the price!), but it doesn't have a pool. So I need to look at the other two and decide where we're joining. And I need to do it at the beginning of this week because I can definitely feel a difference with not working out this week! Even though my weight is the same, my clothes are starting to get a bit tighter. And the most surprising change to me? I've had a harder time sleeping this week! Wouldn't have expected that since I have always been such a heavy sleeper, but it's true!
So, I'll report back as soon as we have joined a gym. And that WILL be soon!

This week I started volunteering at the adoption center, about a mile away from home, I was helping take care of the medium/large dogs, it was a good experience. I did manage to walk 2 of the doge this week, as the cleaning takes forever when you are new and trying to learn what needs to be done. Also on Friday we took the girls on a bike ride around the neighbourhood, they were scared, but we were there to help them. This was the first time that the girls had been out on the street. Natalie was OK as she was following me and keeping up, Eric had Evelyn who got tired very easily, but enjoyed it. On Saturday Eric and I went on a bike ride on the Legacy Trail and biked 15.2 miles and yes I claimed every little point there.
I know that everyone isn't doing too great right now, at least we try and keep going. Hope everyone does at least some exercise this week, I know I will be
